One account can be bound to at most two devices

When a user purchases a paid course, the system will generate a personal account, which will store the user's purchased courses and other information.
After the user successfully pays, the personal account will be automatically bound to the device (mobile phone or computer) used by the user to purchase the course.
An account user can only log in on two devices at most, one computer (desktop, laptop) and one mobile phone. When you initially purchased the course with your mobile phone, you can also log in to the account with your computer, and your personal account is also bound to this computer. Once logged in successfully, users cannot log in to this account on other devices. So when users log in to their accounts, please consider the device you want to use for subsequent course learning.

The account is bound to the user's device, so if the user uses a different device, it will be considered an illegal login.
If the user has not changed the login device but cannot log in to the account or the account is shown to have been blocked, please contact us using the emergency email and we will help you solve the problem within 1-2 working days.

1. As the operation of the website is affected by various conditions, it is inevitable that some temporary failures will occur during the operation of the website, which will affect your short-term use. If the delay exceeds 3 days, we will double the delay time to compensate you. 2. For example: If you have used the course for 3 months and 15 days, we will refund the remaining 2.5 months' fee in proportion.
If the circumstances described in Article 3 occur, the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 shall be invalid.
