One account can be bound to at most two devices:

When a user purchases a paid course, the system will generate a personal account, which will store the user's purchased courses and other information.
After the user successfully pays, the personal account will be automatically bound to the device (mobile phone or computer) used by the user to purchase the course.
An account user can only log in on two devices at most, one computer (desktop, laptop) and one mobile phone. When you initially purchased the course with your mobile phone, you can also log in to the account with your computer, and your personal account is also bound to this computer. Once logged in successfully, users cannot log in to this account on other devices. So when users log in to their accounts, please consider the device you want to use for subsequent course learning.

Notice!!!

The account is bound to the user's device, so if the user uses a different device, it will be considered an illegal login.
If the user has not changed the login device but cannot log in to the account or the account is shown to have been blocked, please contact us using the emergency email and we will help you solve the problem within 1-2 working days.

Notes for purchasing courses:

1. As the operation of the website is affected by various conditions, it is inevitable that some temporary failures will occur during the operation of the website, which will affect your short-term use. If this happens, please understand and we will troubleshoot the failure as soon as possible to restore the website to normal. If the delay exceeds 3 days, we will double the delay time to compensate you.

Please note:

Because it is an online product, after you purchase and start using this product, you may have fully used the functions of this product within a few days and consumed its value. It is impossible for you to return it to us like a physical product. Therefore, this education platform does not accept refund requests in the above situation. In other words, this education platform will not refund in this case.

2. Due to some external reasons not related to our education platform, such as national policy, the live courses on our website are affected or cannot be broadcast. Since the live courses are free gifts when customers purchase courses, if this happens, we will change the content of the live courses into recorded courses (at least 20 lectures) and put them in the paid courses or send them to everyone's email for viewing. We do not accept requests for refunds or financial compensation under this excuse.

3. If our website is permanently (not temporarily) suspended due to some force majeure, we will refund the customer's fee based on the remaining time of the course purchased by the customer:

For example: If you use the course for 5 months and 15 days, we will refund the remaining half month's fee in proportion.

If the circumstances described in Article 3 occur, the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 shall be invalid.
